Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Professional Roofer, Carpenter, and Gutter Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal panels, or membrane roofing while adhering to safety standards.
- Perform siding installation/repair including sheet, lap or metal siding following technical specifications and blueprints.
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for framing, trim carpentry, masonry work, and other construction tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while following proper safety procedures including the use of safety harnesses and fall protection gear.
- Measure spaces precisely for framing, metal stud framing, or concrete forming to ensure accurate cuts and installations.
- Follow all construction safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures using welding, tile laying, or masonry techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret technical schematics and blueprints for complex projects involving plumbing or electrical components.
- Maintain a clean work site by organizing tools and materials efficiently throughout each project phase.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing, carpentry (including trim carpentry and frame carpentry), siding installation, or related construction fields.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading blueprints or schematics accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery used in construction environments.
- Knowledge of construction safety harnesses and adherence to workplace safety regulations related to height work and heavy lifting.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics for plumbing, electrical systems, or masonry layouts.
- Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of site safety protocols including OSHA standards.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, bending, climbing ladders/scaffolding, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs or unforeseen challenges.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; certification in first aid or OSHA safety training is a plus.

Pay: $27.07 - $45.00 per hour
