About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing healthcare team. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships with nursing homes, assisted living communities, physician offices, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about educating healthcare professionals on our services while helping patients gain access to the care they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular outreach visits to nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, hospitals, and other referral sources.
- Educate healthcare providers, discharge planners, social workers, and office staff about our services and patient care programs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to generate new patient referrals.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to increase referrals within assigned territory.
- Represent the organization at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Deliver marketing materials, educational resources, and promotional items to referral partners.
- Maintain an organized schedule of routine visits and follow-up communications.
- Track referral activity, marketing efforts, and territory performance using CRM or reporting systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure excellent communication and patient satisfaction.
- Stay informed on healthcare trends, referral patterns, and competitive services within the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing, healthcare sales, physician liaison, or business development experience preferred.
- Experience working with nursing homes, physician offices, home health, hospice, or healthcare organizations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
