Lanco pays for an annual mini getaway to provide some adventure for our team and their families. There are typically 2 to 4 options the Company selects each year for destinations and the mini package includes:
- 2 Nights Hotel Stay
- $50 Fuel Card
- $200 Entertainment Spending
There is also an option to "cash out" the mini vaca, however this benefit is designed to encourage our team to take the time to rest from work & spend time with family and friends - cash out is for a lesser value. (This is the Journeyman package, other positions may receive a different package.)
