Site Execution: Perform demanding physical labor including digging, lifting, moving materials, and clearing debris.
Precision Prep: Measure, cut, and prepare construction materials strictly according to layout specifications.
Tool Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic site equipment.
Problem Solving: Identify problems or safety hazards on-site and propose quick, practical solutions.
Quality Control: Maintain a clean, organized work area and inspect work to catch problems early.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with equipment operators, tradespeople, and site managers to meet daily production targets.
Outdoor Enthusiasts: Individuals who genuinely enjoy working in the elements and possess the stamina for full-day physical labor.
Goal-Driven Mindset: Workers who stay locked into project targets despite changing site conditions or unexpected hurdles.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
