School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Person | Manchester, NH Area | 2026–2027 School Year
Kindspire Education is hiring compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join school teams throughout the Manchester, NH area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an in-person position with opportunities available across elementary, middle, and high school settings. We offer a variety of caseloads, age groups, and student support needs to best match your experience and preferences.
Position Details:
- Full-time, school-based position
- 2026–2027 school year
- Monday–Friday school schedule

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or school team
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
- Reinforce communication, academic, social, and adaptive skills
- Support students throughout classroom instruction and daily routines
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and special education professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of ABA or school-based behavioral experience preferred
- Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in person throughout the school year
