We are seeking motivated and results-driven Staffing Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while managing client relationships and meeting hiring goals.
Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for client positions while working directly at the client’s location.
* Key duties include posting job openings, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining employee relations.
*The recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensures compliance with employment policies, and supports workforce retention efforts.
*Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
