Duties
- Manage all aspects of the nursing home operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and oversee budgets to ensure financial stability while maintaining high standards of care.
- Supervise staff, including nurses and support personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are established and followed for each resident.
- Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and improve overall satisfaction with services.
- Monitor facility performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in service delivery, focusing on resident well-being.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management within a nursing home or long-term care facility.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Background in nursing or related healthcare field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with memory care practices is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
