Prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm Seeking Attorney
A well-established and high-volume personal injury law firm is seeking a qualified Attorney licensed in the State of Arizona.
This role will oversee the pre-litigation department and requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in plaintiff personal injury case management. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, a solid understanding of file and case handling, and proven experience in the pre-litigation settlement process. You will work closely with senior attorneys and staff to ensure efficient operations.
The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong knowledge of law firm procedures, and possesses a driven, results-oriented mindset. This individual must be capable of stepping into various departments, providing leadership, offering direction and feedback to staff, and monitoring progress toward established goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Attorney license (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and lead legal support staff
- Bilingual in English and Spanish perferred
