Manufacturing Technician II
Wage Range: $22.00 - $26.00
Monday - Friday, No Nights or Weekends!

HOBO, Inc. is the leader in custom chemical formulating, blending, and bulk chemical delivery to the commercial car wash industry. We have an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Technician II position at our manufacturing facility in Lakeville, MN.
No relocation assistance is being offered for this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain all the same quality and packaging standards as Manufacturing Technician I.
- Learn how to operate and be certified on a forklift.
- Use forklift to set up floor following production schedule to ensure orders are going out on time.
- Communicate to other employees what is needed/expected next based on the production schedule or instruction from the Production Lead/Supervisor
- Communicate with Production Lead/Production Supervisor on deviations from the production schedule.
- Train in new employees on filling methods following SOPs and company safety standards.
- Make sure packaging is restocked for all lines.
- Stage finished product on shipping dock based on shipping demands.
- Reliable attendance.
- Production Lead/Production Supervisor may assign other duties.
EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Has advanced understanding of machinery and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple packaging and production processes.
- Ability to train and coach new employees.
- Working knowledge of production scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Strong understanding of company quality programs and safety standards.
- Prior forklift operator certification with no accidents.
- Ability to be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Has understanding of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to identify and resolve problems that arise during production.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 lbs.
- Able to work occasional overtime as needed.
- Has a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
