What You’ll Be Responsible For:
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:
Leadership & Team Development
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Hire, train, and retain top talent
Create a positive, respectful, and accountability-driven culture
Motivate your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins
Operations Excellence
Deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and brand standards
Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability
Maintain safety and food compliance standards
Business Performance
Drive sales growth and local store performance
Analyze metrics and execute plans to improve results
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor efficiency
Meet and exceed operational goals
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven restaurant leadership experience (2+ years preferred)
✔ Strong people leadership and coaching skills
✔ Experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and sales goals
✔ Passion for hospitality and guest service
✔ Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Open availability, including nights/weekends as needed
