Job Description:
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable and welcoming environment for our customers while meeting the performance standards of ASK-A (Appearance, Service, Knowledge, and Attitude). Responsibilities include contributing to sales targets, maintaining store operations, upholding inventory standards, merchandising, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be a team player who enjoys interacting with people and pets and can effectively fulfill all essential duties and tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Support company initiatives by adhering to ASK-A standards
- Learn and retain technical nutritional information and product knowledge to enhance sales
- Maintain store organization, including stocking, signage, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Assist with cashiering, bagging, and customer carry-outs
- Adhere to the attendance policy and punctuality standards
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Willingness to transfer to other store locations if necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED
