Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Initiate face-to-face visits with clients in comfortable settings
- Observe clients detect indications of abnormal behavior
- Administer tests to assess mental and emotional functioning
- Develop case plans and arrange appropriate referrals
- Monitor treatment and provide support for clients
- Provide intervention if/when necessary, as well as prevention plans
- Complete all required records and reports on a timely basis
- Provide leadership and support during discharges
Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in Social Work
- Valid Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) required
- Experience in casework preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must agree to a background check and drug screen
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
