- Execute painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Undertake various carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and minor repairs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Contractor with expertise in drywall, painting, and carpentry.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to each trade.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
