Responsibilities
- Collect merchandise delivered and safely transport materials to appropriate locations within warehouse.
- Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
- Keep an inventory of all merchandise entering and/or existing the warehouse.
- Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify warehouse manager.
- Ensure all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labelled for shipping.
- Manage all merchandise with appropriate care.
- Scan labels to ensure products are shipped to right destinations.
- Utilize forklift appropriately and safely.
Skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Shopify, ShipStation is a plus).
- Ability to perform basic math (weights, measurements, percentages).
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret English.
- Warehouse equipment safety requirement knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience in processes, regulations and documentation for shipping and receiving internationally a plus.
- Forklift experience a plus.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
