Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Counselor (LCPC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, ADT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, skilled in providing therapeutic services, and committed to delivering individualized care to a diverse client population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Supervise LGPCs or interns (if applicable)
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
