Duties

- Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting technical problems, processing transactions, or coordinating with other departments for complex cases.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products that meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
- Manage outbound calls when necessary to follow up on inquiries or gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or call center roles, with a strong emphasis on phone communication and client service.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in sales or outbound calling is advantageous but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
