We are looking for someone very "High" functioning - quick on their feet, flexible and willing to pivot when necessary.

You will be responsible for leading a team while performing required job duties as listed below; all Staff at Goldleaf are first and foremost Budtenders regardless of title. The customer is always the first priority.

Duties
- Cash Management - Daily Cash Counts, update team chats with required updates
- Inventory Management - receiving deliveries, inputting inventory, utilize organizational systems to stock inventory
- Support Shift Supervisors as needed - i.e. De-escalation if necessary during customer / internal incidents
- Delegate Housekeeping tasks when necessary
- Daily Sales Floor Merchandising
- Update Housekeeping Supplies Requests
- Provide Disciplinary Action when needed
Not Required - But a definite PLUS
- Experience in supply chain management with a - background in warehouse distribution, logistics inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis including Excel
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of retail management principles combined with e-commerce logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across procurement, merchandising, logistics, and store teams.
