We’re looking to fill the diverse role of Associate with passionate, motivated individuals who have 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience. This position will rotate throughout the week between packing/fulfilling orders for the guests, cashing guests out at the register or checking guests in at reception. Part time hours are available.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
-Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
-Cashing out guests at the POS
-Counting the cash drawer & making cash drops when necessary
-Fulfilling orders accurately and timely in the inventory room
-Ensure all Patron orders have been packed correctly
-Checking guests in at reception
-Assisting with inventory organization and standards
-Ensure customer satisfaction
-Assist with opening and or closing duties
-Maintaining shop cleanliness and aesthetic per Uma Flowers standard
-Maintain product knowledge
-Ensure CCC guidelines and regulations are complied with at all times
-Reports to General Manager
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be at least 21 yrs of age
-Must have 1-3 years retail/customer service experience
-Must have prior experience working on a cash register
-Prior inventory experience a plus
-Prior Cannabis retail is a plus
-Ability to multitask & adapt easily to procedure / technology changes
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficient computer & POS skills
-High school diploma or equivalent
Staring rates- $15-$16
Schedule- part time hours, days nights and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
