Veer Tortuga is looking for a fun, outgoing, energetic individual that thrives in customer service with a great work ethic and passion for sales to join our dynamic retail team as a Customer Sales Rep!
In this role, you will be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our wide range of products. Your enthusiasm and expertise will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and create a lively shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions
- Assist customers with upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Set up new accounts and assist customers with current accounts
- Provide product information, prices, discounts and deals when applicable
Qualifications
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Able to work Full Time and on site
