Club Pilates Cedar Crest and Allentown is looking for two motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our growing team! Our studios are part of a supportive, health-focused community where members feel welcomed, encouraged, and inspired every day.
Position: Front Desk Sales Representative
We are currently hiring for two part-time positions:
Weekend Sales Representative – Cedar Crest
- Every other Saturday
- Every Sunday
- Hours may vary based on studio needs
Weeknight Sales Representative – Allentown
- Tuesday–Friday
- 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Hours may vary based on studio needs
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through phone calls, text outreach, studio tours, and in-person interactions
- Create a welcoming, positive, and high-energy environment for all members and guests
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to uphold the Club Pilates experience
- Build strong relationships with members to support retention, satisfaction, and community growth
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve studio goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist prospective members in defining their fitness goals and finding the membership option that best fits their needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and member experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and/or Pilates preferred
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
