Gingerich Structures is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the Northeast Iowa area. You will be stepping into an established territory with existing customers and opportunities, making this an excellent position for someone ready to build on a strong foundation and drive continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients to discover the use and needs for building design.
- Price accurately and present products to clients.
- Write accurate sales contracts and create floor plans.
- Keep customers informed of their project's progress.
- Check jobsite for proper site preparation and stake project before delivery.
- Confirm that drawings provided to the customer are accurate and prepare job packs.
- Visit jobsite during construction.
- Work with production to ensure repair and quality issues are resolved.
- Schedule all subcontract work.
- Collect all payments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of post-frame construction.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
