Customer Service Representative / Veterinary Assistant
Valley Center Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Client Care Specialist/Receptionist to complete our clinic! We are, to quote Pat Lencioni, looking for someone who is "hungry, humble, and smart." This position includes working in the Customer Service Representative role interacting with clients and offering excellent service to patients. It requires excellent drive to work with people and their pets. Daily duties include triaging incoming phone calls, texts, and emails for appointments, medication requests, and directing our incoming flow of services needed for the day.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in customer service and is motivated, driven, positive, and works great on a team. Valley Center Veterinary Clinic loves to encourage the passion in working with animals and can't wait to see if you complete our team!
Qualifications:
-A passion for taking care of pets AND their owners
-Ability to multi - task and handle multiple avenues of client communication
-Adequate computer skills
-Acute attention to detail

Schedule:
- 25-30hrs a week (must be able to work Monday thru Friday 2pm-6pm
- Possibility for more hours as shift coverage may be needed.
