We are a growing production company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assistant/Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving print production, stamp manufacturing, quality control, packaging, and shipping.
Previous print production experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. We value honesty and willingness to learn over checking every box on a job description.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, pays close attention to detail, and can consistently follow established processes.
What You'll Do
- Operate and assist with large-format print production equipment
- Operate and assist with laser engraving equipment
- Assemble custom rubber stamps and related products
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Package and prepare customer orders for shipping
- Load and unload production materials
- Assist with machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized production area

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Production coverage is shared across a small team and may include occasional weekend shifts. Schedules are provided in advance and are designed to balance business needs with work-life balance.
Our business has a predictable busy season each year when production volume increases significantly. During these periods, additional hours and overtime may be required to meet customer demand. Team members are expected to support one another during peak periods while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer service.
During slower periods, schedules may be adjusted based on production needs.
