The Pediatric Clinical Coordinator develops a back office team that is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate clinical treatment for pediatric patients in a welcoming, child-friendly, and non-threatening environment. The Coordinator encourages clinical excellence, teamwork, and communication to ensure every child's visit is positive, productive, and reassuring for the parent/guardian.
Compensation:
$32 - $36 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Sets the performance standards for the back office staff, ensuring pediatric patient care is provided in the manner endorsed by the practice.

Oversees the training of the back office staff in their duties and responsibilities, works to expand their skills and knowledge as appropriate, and assigns the clinical team their duties.

Works with the Scheduling Optimization Coordinator (SOC) to establish the clinical staff’s work hours and schedule.

Motivates the team for high performance and refines procedures for optimum production.

Enforces OSHA standards.

Holds the team accountable to the procedure manual and communication memos in all areas necessary to maintain and ensure the highest quality.

Checks stock, orders supplies, and maintains clean operatories.
Qualifications:-
Accredited Licensed Dental Assistant course completion and/or minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the dental profession.

Valid X-ray certificate.

CPR & first aid certificate.
