Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Production Worker to join our team. This hands-on position is responsible for operating production equipment, assembling and fabricating signage and graphics, and using a variety of power tools, hand tools, and machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, basic graphic design skills, mechanical ability, and experience working with both Windows and Apple operating systems. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, fabricate, and finish a variety of sign and graphic products
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production machinery
- Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, and specifications
- Prepare files and make basic graphic edits as needed
- Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy throughout the production process
- Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and inventory management as required
Qualifications
- Basic graphic design experience
- Proficiency with both Windows and Apple computer systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience operating production equipment, tools, or machinery preferred
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
