FUTUREBEAN is seeking a new Opening Barista for our Franklin location! Two weeks of paid training will be provided to all of our crew members.

- you are available for 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, 6am-1:30pm, with occasional weekends.
Our highest priority is delivering each guest a beautiful experience through our product, hospitality, and shop ambiance.
Our Opening Barista is cross-trained to perform all food service positions, including:
- Baking & Food Prep
- Guest Service
- Drink Construction
- Facilities Upkeep (dishwashing, bussing, daily cleaning, etc.)
- Greeting guests in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
- Preparing and serving beverages such as coffees and other specialty drinks
As a Opening Barista Trainee, You Will Receive
- Hourly training wage of $16.00
- Consistent training hours (includes weekend days)

As a Full-time FUTUREBEAN Opening Barista, You Will Receive
- Hourly compensation of $13.40 -$18.00/hour (hourly wage + tips)
- 1 week of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually

Job Requirements:
As a FUTUREBEAN Opening Barista, you are expected to be on time, hustle, be positive, and pay attention to the details. We hope you will find inspiration in continually learning new skills. Ultimately, you will be asked to care about your work and Love Everybody who comes through our doors.
- Must be available to start at 6am.
- Work schedule is Monday - Friday.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a calm and positive demeanor.

- Communicates positively with a heart for the success of the team.
- Eager to learn with a desire to be challenged.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
- Ability to walk up to 10-miles easily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.40 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
