Country Lane Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Keosauqua, IA, is seeking a compassionate and reliable Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Department. This role is essential to providing residents with nutritious, well-balanced meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Assist with meal service in a timely and organized manner
Support food preparation under the direction of the cook
Clean and sanitize food prep areas, dishes, and kitchen equipment
Deliver meal trays and assist residents during dining service
Perform dishwashing and general cleaning duties
Provide support to both cooks and dietary aides to ensure smooth daily operations
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous food service or healthcare dietary experience is a plus
Culinary training or certification is a bonus
Must be 18 years of age or older
