Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our property.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by management.
- Daily repair and upkeep of the property.
- Maintain the grounds and assist the groundskeeper on daily basis.
- Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
- Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- Responsible for maintaining all tools, equipment and supplies provided by Mark Dana Management and its affiliated companies.
- Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
- Ability to be available to work on an on-call basis for after hours and weekend emergency calls.
- Ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance.
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, troubleshooting, apartment turnkey, and grounds work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high safety standards. This Maintenance Technician role is essential in supporting our operational excellence through technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to quality maintenance practices.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
