Guest Service Coordinators answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel reservations. They greet/welcome arriving guests, schedule appointments, and collect guest payment and billing information. Upon checkout, GSC’s calculate the guest's final bill and collect payments. Customer Service is their top priority.
