About the Role
As a CNC Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for the installation, optimization, and repair of industrial CNC machinery at client facilities. By leveraging your deep expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, you will ensure peak machine performance and minimize operational downtime for our partners.
Responsibilities-
Execute on-site diagnostics, repairs, and complex modifications to restore machine functionality and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Manage the full lifecycle of machine commissioning, including precise alignment, calibration, and seamless system integration.

Conduct proactive preventive maintenance programs to extend the service life of critical industrial assets.

Provide rapid-response technical support for urgent failures, acting as a key partner in maintaining client production schedules.

Deliver expert-level training and programming support to end-users to maximize their operational proficiency.

Document service outcomes and provide actionable technical feedback to engineering teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Maintain rigorous adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance during all field operations.
Qualifications-
3-5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machine tools.

Proven ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.

Proficiency in industrial electrical repair and mechanical troubleshooting.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel extensively to support regional client sites.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline.

Direct experience working with Fanuc or Siemens PLC control systems.

Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities within fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Advanced computer literacy, including experience with technical reporting software.
