COLUMBUS DEALER SALES LEAD 2026

About the Role
We are looking for a Columbus Dealer Sales Lead to own the day-to-day relationships with all of our dealer accounts across the Columbus market. This is the person our dealer partners will come to know and rely on, the face of ESOTERIC inside their stores, and the one who makes sure our products move and our promises are kept. You will spend your days on-site with dealers, working shoulder to shoulder with their teams, solving problems as they come up, and making certain that every relationship we have is in excellent standing.
This is a sales role at its heart, and it is fast-paced and dynamic. Things change quickly, and no two days look the same. Because our dealer partners and their customers do not always operate on a nine to five schedule, this position will require some nights and weekends, whether that means answering the phone when a partner needs us or meeting with a client to keep things moving. The right person understands that in sales, being there when it matters is part of how we earn trust. They bring critical thinking, steady judgment, and an abundance of positivity to everything they touch. Above all, this position is built on trust. We need someone who does the right thing to support ESOTERIC and our customers even when no one is watching, because that is who we are and that is how we have earned the reputation we carry.
What You Will Do
You will manage the daily relationships with dealer accounts throughout Columbus, working directly with Sales, F&I, Service, General Managers, and interacting with Dealer Principals on a daily basis. Your presence on-site will be the constant that our partners depend on. You will support and drive the sale of ESOTERIC products at the dealer level, help identify opportunities, and make sure our teams have what they need to succeed inside each store.
When issues arise, and they will, you will be the one who answers the call, stays calm, and works together with everyone involved to find a resolution. Problem-solving in real time, keeping people informed, and protecting the relationship will be central to how you spend your days. That responsiveness will not always fall inside normal business hours, and the right person is ready to answer the phone or meet with a client in the evening or on a weekend when the moment calls for it.
You will work closely with our dispatch team, who manages the daily schedule and dispatches our people to complete the work. Coordinating with dispatch, communicating clearly, and making sure the right work happens at the right place at the right time will be a core part of the job. You will report to our Dealer Sales Director, who will support you on strategy, training, and the higher-level relationships, while you carry the daily execution on the ground.

You should be comfortable moving fast, thinking on your feet, and staying positive when the pressure is on. This is a sales position, so a drive to grow accounts and a willingness to be available when our partners and customers need us, including some nights and weekends, are part of the job. Experience in automotive, dealer, F&I, or a related sales field is a strong plus, but what matters most is character, work ethic, and the willingness to do right by our partners and our customers every single day.
