Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Oriskany, NY 13424 (Remote)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Shift: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri)
Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support life insurance inquiries for employees enrolled through their workplace. This role involves handling inbound calls, processing requests, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Training Details (Mandatory)
- In-person training: Aug 3 – Sept 8, 2026
- Nesting: Sept 9 – Sept 22, 2026
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Work Schedule (After Training)
- Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding life insurance policies
- Assist with enrollments, beneficiary updates, and coverage changes
- Explain policy details, benefits, and eligibility
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve billing and status-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and use reference materials
- Adaptability, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset
Work Setup
- Training: In-person
- Post-training: Remote
- Must have:
- Wired high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspot)
- Quiet, secure workspace
- Camera access for virtual meetings
Equipment
Company-provided (laptop, monitors, accessories) – must be returned at assignment end.
