Warehouse Lead – Commerce, CA
Company: ADEPTHR | Pay: $18/hr | Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM, Mon–Fri
ADEPTHR is hiring a Warehouse Lead to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and materials handling. Lead by example in a fast-paced e-commerce and logistics environment, keeping safety, efficiency, and team performance top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff & foster a safe, productive team environment
- Manage outbound shipments and palletized products
- Oversee loading/unloading, inventory, and documentation
- Enforce OSHA safety standards
Qualifications:
- Warehouse leadership experience (Supervisor/Lead)
- Knowledge of WMS/AS400 & logistics operations
- Forklift operation & heavy lifting experience
- Strong organizational & communication skills
