Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Maintain a MA State Pesticide license
- Apply treatments (insect control, flea tick & mosquito control)
- Review production sheets to determine equipment and product needs; complete production sheets with customer notes
- Communicate with customers and management regarding your accounts and address our customer's needs in a proactive manner
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment; arrange for repair or service of equipment, when necessary
- Organize work on a daily/weekly basis; ensure equipment is ready to use
- Complete paperwork detailing product usage and hours worked
- Attend required meetings
