American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Telemetry position requiring Epic EMR proficiency, cardiac drip experience, and night shift availability in South Carolina.

Hospital-based Cardiac Telemetry unit
-
Patient population includes diagnoses such as CAD s/p CABG, cardiac valve repair, lung cancer s/p VATS, and esophageal cancer
-
Experience with post-surgical cardiovascular patients required
-
Proficiency with cardiac drips and insulin drips required
-
Medication management via Omnicell system
-
Charting via Epic EMR
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
-
Every other weekend required, subject to change based on unit need

Floating to other units or campuses may be required based on census needs, limited to areas where competencies have been demonstrated
-
Active SC RN license or compact RN license eligible in SC required
-
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Telemetry experience required

Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required

Must pass an EKG exam prior to start

Two professional references required for consideration

Valid driver's license and Social Security Number required for consideration

First-time travelers are eligible but must have a minimum of 3 years of specialty experience

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the contracted campus to be eligible for this night shift Cardiac Telemetry position; candidates under 50 miles are not eligible
