Our Hendersonville, NC location opened in August 2025, with additional growth on the horizon. Recognized as the “Best Jeweler in Western North Carolina,” Spicer Greene Jewelers is seeking a passionate and professional Jewelry Sales Associate to join our dynamic, customer-focused team.
About the Role
As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand and a trusted guide for clients celebrating life’s most meaningful moments. You will have the opportunity to:
- Welcome clients and deliver an exceptional, luxury-level customer experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals
- Build relationships by understanding client needs and answering product questions
- Recommend complementary and custom solutions to enhance each purchase
- Generate leads and close sales through attentive, relationship-driven service
- Maintain a visually stunning, organized, and inviting showroom
- Stay current on new products, collections, and store initiatives
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with people:
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role (luxury retail experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in English with basic math and computer skills
- Friendly, polished, and energetic personality with a client-first mindset
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
