IDR is seeking a Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Georgia. This role supports the implementation and management of telecommunications infrastructure and technology solutions within a large enterprise setting. The company operates within the healthcare and government sectors, focusing on modernization initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.
Position Overview for the Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator:

Coordinate enterprise telecommunications initiatives, including VoIP/hosted voice services, mobility solutions, collaboration platforms, and related infrastructure technologies.

Evaluate current telecommunications capabilities, identify opportunities for modernization, and recommend solutions that support operational goals.

Partner with network engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure telecommunications solutions align with enterprise standards.

Lead telecommunications and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication.

Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and third-party providers to support successful project outcomes.

Support onsite visits, technology assessments, deployments, and facility modernizations across multiple locations.

Work independently to identify needs, drive solutions, and coordinate activities across facilities.
Requirements for the Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator:

5+ years of experience supporting telecommunications, voice, network, or infrastructure technology initiatives.

Experience coordinating enterprise technology projects from planning through implementation, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including VoIP, hosted voice services, unified communications, mobility solutions, and related infrastructure.

Experience managing relationships with telecommunications vendors, carriers, and third-party technology providers.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership while translating business needs into technology solutions.
