Licensed Nurses – Pediatric Group Homes (Olympia | Auburn)
Ashley House NW is a nonprofit healthcare organization (est. 1989) providing 24-hour skilled nursing care in small, home-like group homes across Pierce and Thurston counties. We support medically fragile children, young adults, and adults who require high-acuity, long-term nursing care outside hospital settings.
Our residents live with complex medical needs including tracheostomies, ventilators, G-tubes, and J-tubes. This role offers sustained clinical involvement with a consistent client population, allowing nurses to develop deep familiarity with individual care plans, equipment, and baseline assessments.
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) for appointment overage, with priority needs at our Olympia Home
Open Shifts @ Olympia
- Wed/Thu/Fri 0700 - 1500 (start and end time may fluctuate based on appointment needs)
Open Shifts @ Auburn
- Monday & Tuesday 0545-1500 (start and end time may fluctuate based on appointment needs)
All-House Float (includes premium)
- Saturday or Sunday NOC (1745 - 0600)

Qualifications
- Active WA LPN or RN license (Compact accepted)
- 21+ years old
- Current BLS CPR
- Valid WA Driver License with acceptable driving record
- Immunization & TB compliance
- Able to pass WA State & FBI fingerprint background check
Training & Onboarding
- Training provided across South Sound locations
- Availability for at least two training shifts per week (typically weekdays)
