Our unwavering commitment to outstanding customer care and efficient order processing is the cornerstone of our operation. Currently, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Order Entry Agent to join our team.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, enthusiastic individual with excellent telephone skills who can efficiently process orders, monitor open orders, liaise directly with customers and suppliers to ensure timely product deliveries, and adeptly resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, leveraging strong telephone skills to build rapport.
- Assist customers with post-order concerns, including returns, replacements, refunds, delivery statuses, back order inquiries, and other related matters.
- Collaborate with suppliers to initiate, track, and expedite orders.
- Accurately input data into our systems.
- Follow detailed procedural guidelines consistently.
- Handle multiple software platforms, tasks, chats, and phone calls concurrently.
- De-escalate conflicts and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Analyze and resolve complex requests as they arise.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment, bolstered by prior distribution experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on telephone etiquette.
- Dependable and punctual attendance.
