Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and the surgical team.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support emergency preparedness protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a state-approved or accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN license in the State of Massachusetts (or eligible).
- Current CPR certification.
- BSN or MSN preferred.
