Tender is an independent luxury boutique offering a curated collection of designer clothing, accessories, and footwear. We are looking for a friendly, ambitious, style-conscious Sales Associate who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and delivering an elevated shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional manner
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clientele through in-store interactions and consistent follow up/clienteling
- Style clients and make thoughtful wardrobe recommendations
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Process sales and client follow-up
- Maintain merchandising standards and keep the boutique presentation impeccable
- Receive new merchandise and assist with inventory as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, fashion, or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working weekends and during busy retail seasons
