Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with basic account inquiries, order tracking, and product information.
Accurately enter and update customer data and interaction notes into the company CRM database.
Escalate complex or specialized customer issues to the appropriate department or team lead.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Meet or exceed team performance goals regarding customer satisfaction and response times.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or data entry systems.
Excellent active listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured on-site office environment.
No prior customer service experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (Compliant with California pay transparency laws).
