Job Summary
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and machinery operation. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands, maintain high standards of safety, and support seamless warehouse distribution processes.
Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems SAP software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately.
- Use pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other equipment to load, unload, move, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory counts on a yearly basis.
- Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, verifying shipping & receiving documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, arranging products systematically, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Support customer service efforts by accurately processing orders and providing timely updates on shipment status.
- Ability to operate material slitting machinery safely.
Skills
- Knowledge of shipping logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or quantities efficiently.
- Experience operating forklifts (certified preferred), pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, stocking shelves, loading/unloading trucks consistently.
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting operational needs.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
