Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support residents in a skilled nursing environment. This role focuses on helping residents improve safety, independence, and participation in daily routines.
Responsibilities:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions

Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive techniques

Recommend equipment and strategies to improve safety

Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and families

Maintain timely documentation

Qualifications:

Active OT license required
