Marketing Assistant

We're growing our marketing team and are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to help manage and execute marketing campaigns for a busy mortgage team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves marketing, enjoys keeping projects organized, and can take ownership of campaigns from start to finish.
What You'll Do

Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns for multiple loan officers.

Create, schedule, and manage email and text marketing campaigns.

Track campaign performance and maintain detailed reporting.

Monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Help brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas and strategies.

Keep marketing projects organized and ensure deadlines are met.

Work closely with our team to execute consistent, high-quality marketing initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:

This is not a sales or cold-calling position. Instead, you'll be responsible for managing campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives that help our loan officers build relationships with real estate agents and clients.
