Position Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Pharmacy Technician I – Participant Services professional to support members, healthcare providers, and internal teams with prescription-related inquiries and issue resolution. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact, handling inbound calls, researching requests, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and resolving non-clinical concerns.

Schedule
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Scheduled shifts will fall within these hours based on business needs
- Occasional overtime may be required based on operational demands
Training
2-3 weeks paid training program:
- 2 weeks instructor-led classroom training
- 2-3 days monitored production with support
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from members, providers, and internal departments.
- Research and resolve prescription-related questions and concerns.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Navigate multiple systems and databases while managing a high volume of requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Escalate issues appropriately when additional review is required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas or Arizona Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare, call center, or member services experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and prescription processing
- Experience supporting customers in a high-volume environment
Education
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee License
- High School Diploma or GED
