American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a pediatric setting, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARDMS certification.

Pediatric ultrasound setting within a children's hospital

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Wednesday and Thursday 5:00 PM–5:30 AM, Friday 5:30 PM–7:00 AM); schedule may be adjusted based on unit needs

Cerner EMR experience preferred

Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound technologist experience; 3+ years preferred

Pediatric experience is required

Current BLS and ARDMS certification required

Active license required if applicable

Driver's License required for consideration

Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

At least one completed prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers are not accepted

All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront, as RTO will not be approved if not included at the time of initial consideration

If any certifications are set to expire during the assignment, a renewal plan should be included with your profile

Vaccination status should be included with your profile

Travelers who were previously employed at the facility as permanent or internal staff must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible to return as a traveler

If Thanksgiving, Christmas, and/or New Year's fall within the assignment period, travelers must be willing to work at least 2 of 3 holidays if all three occur, or at least 1 if only 2 fall within the assignment
