Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
- Experience in school settings preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
- Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, families, and team members
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services—both individually and in group settings—to help students achieve their communication goals
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student progress
- Support literacy initiatives and contribute to curriculum planning
- Identify at-risk students and implement early intervention strategies
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance
- Offer mentorship and supervision to student clinicians, clinical fellows, and SLPAs
