Maintenance Manager
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

About Us
We are a residential recovery treatment center dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and healing environment for our clients. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and grounds
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors when necessary
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Manage maintenance supplies and inventory
Assist with facility improvement projects and preventative maintenance programs
Qualifications
Previous maintenance, facilities, or property management experience preferred
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
