We’re Looking for Our Right-Hand Person
Not in a dramatic, “duel at dawn” kind of way. Just in the very real, very practical sense of someone who can step in, take ownership, and help us grow the right way.
Adirondack Deep Klean is expanding steadily, intentionally, and with high standards. We’re known for being thorough. We don’t clean around things. We move them. We don’t rush jobs. We finish them. That reputation only works if the people on our team care about details.
This role is part cleaning professional, part client-facing communicator.
Some mornings you’ll be vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, and making a space look noticeably better than when you walked in. Yes, that includes toilets. No, they do not clean themselves (we’ve checked... still waiting on that software update). If straight vacuum lines and a spotless sink give you a quiet sense of accomplishment, you’ll understand the standard here.
Other times, you’ll be calling potential clients, following up on inquiries, or meeting someone for a walkthrough. It’s not high-pressure sales. It’s professional conversation. It’s listening well, speaking clearly, and confidently explaining how we can help. If you’ve ever stared at a ringing phone like it personally offended you, this may be your moment to build that muscle.
This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out, do-the-minimum kind of job. You’ll be trusted to follow a checklist without supervision, manage your time well, represent the company professionally, and handle responsibility like it’s normal because here, it is.
We’re building something solid. That means there’s room to grow for someone who proves dependable, capable, and consistent. The more ownership you take, the more opportunity opens up. Simple as that.
You’ll need reliable transportation. You’ll need weekday availability. And you’ll need the kind of work ethic that doesn’t flinch at dust, details, or dialing a number.
If you’re the type of person who likes variety, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to be part of something that’s gaining momentum — this could be a strong fit.
We’re not looking for flashy.
We’re looking for steady, sharp, and ready.
